These terms apply to your use of this website and to licenses you buy from Software License Direct ("we", "us"), operated by Invelsoft LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About us

Software License Direct is an independent, authorized Microsoft partner. We sell genuine Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions, and we help customers install the products they buy from us. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Requesting a price or callback

When you submit a request, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you agree to be contacted by phone, text or email about your request. Submitting a request does not create any obligation to buy.

Orders, prices and payment

Before you buy, we will confirm the product, the price and what is included. Prices shown on the website are in US dollars and may change; the price confirmed with you at the time of your order is the price you pay. We only process an order with your agreement.

Licenses and delivery

Licenses are subject to Microsoft's license terms, which you accept when you install or activate the software. Your license is linked to the Microsoft account email you give us, normally within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, and we help you install it.

Installation and remote assistance

Installation, activation and basic setup are included with licenses we sell. Some setup is best done by connecting to your device remotely. We will only do this with your explicit permission, and you can end a remote session at any time. We recommend keeping a backup of important data before any setup work.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Software License Direct is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
